Hmmmm, not at this time, I forgot it, sorry... job incomplete. I changed the
type/creator (ddsk/rohd) too and worked fine.

Yes, 2.0f1, sleepness kills... I installed NetBSD 1.5.1BETA2 though this
image from a SCSI Zip drive with no trouble cos I never got a working boot
from CD since the first time with NetBSD 1.4.2. All the floppies used (from
8, 8.1, 8.5, 9 and 9.1) are perfect. However, I always got a timeout message
the first time I type the boot command from OF. The boot works great when
you type the second time. Very buggy OF... very shameful for Apple!
