I just noticed that when I newfs a ffs, newfs doesn't create a
lost+found.  To be honest, I can't remember whether newfs ever did
this on NetBSD, but I know that it does on other OSes.  Is this
intentional (eg, fsck doesn't need a lost+found), or should we
manually create a lost+found?
