Hi all. This is my first post to this list.

I am tring to install NetBSD-1.5.1_BETA2 to a PowerBook G4.
This is the first try for me to install *BSD to non-x86 machine.

I made partitions to my Mac using Apple's CD.
I set up DHCP/TFTP/NFS server on a linux box.

On the Open Firmware Prompt, the thing goes like this...

0 > boot enet:0,ofwboot.xcf enet:0,netbsd.ram.gz
CLIENT: 00039311e32c 192.168.0.6
SERVER: ffffffffffff 192.168.0.4
ROUTER: ffffffffffff 10.97.168.1
Transfer FILE: ofwboot.xcf \
TFTP-actual=d7a0 TFTP-adler32=4a1d944d load-size=d7a0 adler32=4a1d944d

loading XCOFF

tsize=c1c0 dsize=1500 bsize=1600 entry=600000

It doesn't go further. What should I do?

One thing I tried to place the kernel (netbsd.GENERIC.gz) unzipped and
renamed as 'netbsd' then placed /export/client/root direcoty of the
NFS server. Then it goes further. The Mac's screen redraw and says

console keybord type: ADB
[ preserving 197092 bytes of netbsd ELF symbol table ]

on the top of screen in a lager font, and on the bottom,

method <`usb-kbd-ihandle> not found; ihandle=ffbc8500 phandle=ff8f2208

in a smaller font. What it going on here?

Thank you very much for your kind advice in advance.
