Thanks to Makoto Fujiwara, I got as far as I have ever got. He said:
Try
0> boot cd:,ofwboot.xcf netbsd.macppc

What I got from that was:

              console keyboad type: USB
              Copyright (c) 1996,1997, 1998, 1999, 2000

              NetBSD 1.5 (INSTALL) #0: Thu Nov 16 18:12:29 PST 2000
                  matt@duel.local:/u1/kobj/INSTALL
              CPU: 7400 (Revision 209)'
              total memory = 0
              available memory = 56064 KB
using 16 buffers containing 0 of memory

while at the bottom of the screen

method <'usb-kbd-ihandle'> not found; ihandle=ffbcb580 phandle=ff8ec598

I have my keyboard hooked to the back of my monitor, so I moved it to the
cube it self. Same exact message.
