Greetings,

I finally got the installer to work, by the grace of God!!!!!!

However, there is one slight problem. And I know someone sent an email on this before and I should have paid more attention.........

How do I partition the drive without the installer? I know on Linux I use pdisk. Can I use it also for NetBSD and how would I make sure that it creates NetBSD partitions?

I will look through the archives and any other help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you everybody for all of your help with booting NetBSD.

Salaam (Peace),

Vickie

Try non-zero partition numbers. Hmmm. No ofwboot won't allow that will it?

Actually what happens if you just try booting the kernel directly?
That isn't reliable, but it might work. In that case you would
probably need to figure out what the real partition number is. It'll
be something like 4 or greater.
