Hi!

Since it seems to be in high demand, I got martin@netbsd.org to
compile me a X-4.0.1 with tsubai's patch applied on NetBSD-1.5/macppc.
I added my XF86Config file to it, and put the whole thing up at

	ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/macppc/X-4.0.1-1.5/

It's about 24MB.
