The simple answer is no.

The real answer is maybe, if you know OF forth, and know something 
about the OF serial driver, and you have enough space available in 
nvramrc.  You could try doing a dev <path to serial port> and a words 
or .properties and see if there is anything relating to baud rate 
listed.  If so then there may be a way, but don't ask me how to do it.
