"B&W rev b." means nothing in this context -- the OFW version is the most
important part.

If it's OFW 1.x or 2.0-2.3, "boot scsi/sd@N:0" -- there is a booter on the
CD that mimics a disk driver (a "partition zero bootloader", as termed by
the macppc INSTALL notes).

If it's OFW 2.4 or 3.x, "boot cd:,ofwboot.xcf" -- it will find that in the
HFS hybrid partition.
