We need a bootloader from MacOS, that boots a kernel with the "usual" ramdisk
image starting sysinst.

That bootstrap won't need to be adopted to further netbsd changes, and sysinst
will automatically follow them ;-)

P.S.: I'm going to be assigned to a MacOS project at work sometime early next
year, and if noone beats me to it I will then look into creating such a boot
loader or adopting the Linux one (IIRC the author has offered to integrate
changes for NetBSD)
