    Yes it is possible, if you had another UNIX machine that supported ffs
and you could plug the ZIP drive into it. You might consider booting NetBSD
with the boot floppy image. To get the sets there, you could FTP the sets
onto an MSDOS FAT formatted ZIP disk (be conscious of capitalization), then
choose to install NetBSD from an unmounted file system. Make sure you have
your SCSI termination set correctly and that the ZIP disk is in the drive
and loaded before you boot NetBSD, otherwise the kernel probably won't get
the geometry information correct since I _think_ the ZIP identifies itself
as a "removable hard drive". Also watch the partition letters, I think MSDOS
file systems are 'd' instead of 'e' like they are ({back/awk}wardly) on
i386; that is if MSDOS mounting even works under macppc.
