No. In 1.5 I get:
pci0 at grackle0 bus 0
pci0: i/o space, memory space enabled
...
pci1: i/o space, memory space enabled
...

The CDROM is found and configured; the SCSI controller is found but not 
configured. I also noticed the 3-button UniMouse is no longer configured. 
 That used to work under 1.4K, but that's a minor issue I can work around.
