Please note that there are two different Cyclades board types; I
think the difference is one is PCI (cz, major 46), and the other ISA
(cy, major 47).  It appears after cursory inspection that the
MAKEDEV script only has support for the PCI variant in 1.5.

Thus, I think "cy0 at pci0" looks a little strange.  Either that, or
our documentation hasn't kept pace with the code, which isn't
entirely inconceivable...
