I'm having a really hard time figuring out how to make cdparanoia extract.
I have a cdr at 0,6,0 (cd1) scsi external, connected to my Powerbook G3.
Also have the internal atapi/media-bay cdrom in the right media bay (cd0).
I try to extract using the external scsi cdwriter:
cdparanoia -v -g /dev/cd1a -B -- "1-"
 and I get this:
generic device: /dev/cd1a
ioctl device /dev/cd1a
Drive is neither a CDROM nor a WORM device.

I tried using the /dev/rcd1a instead, same error.
I tried using the atapi/media-bay cdrom and get the same error.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong here? This scsi stuff is really confusing
for we newbies.

Thanks for all the help.
Jeff
