I don't know about the mkhybrid command, but I made a hybrid HFS/ISO CD and
it wouldn't boot on my OF 1.0.5 machine either (a 7500), but worked fine on
OF 3.
OF 1.0.5 worked fine with a pure ISO CD-R.

Anyone else have a similar experience?
