I noticed Tsubai's cube has 512MB.  has NetBSD 1.5G got
a higher limit on real memory support?  1.4Z was limited to
256MB as far as I could tell, mainly because of BAT usage 
and limitations.

Cube is ok. (need 1.5G or later)
