Assuming this Mac is running NetBSD, I have been to
dialpad.com and much to their misfortune, they do not
provide unix/linux/<insert something here>ix java binaries.

So, either you venture to that site with Windows or MacOS,
or no dialpad for you.

As far as having korean font support for Netscape, I have
gotten Japanese font support, but do not know if korean.
I'm certian Korean is supported, I just don't know off the
top of my head how to do it.
