It won't build automatically (or at all?) on 1.4.3, if I've
understood correctly.  So if we ship it with that release, the
person installing the release on ftp.netbsd.org needs to copy
ofwboot.xcf from somewhere else.  A shame really, we should be
able to recreate the release from its own bits, but if that's the
only way to provide it, so be it.
