hi.

first of all, thank you all for your *exellent* work. it's
really incredible what you've done.

i'm happy to confirm that NetBSD 1.4.2 is compatible with
yet another box: PowerComputing Power Tower 180 (*not* a
PT Pro) with a catalyst board. you can find general specs
for it at:

<http://www.everymac.com/systems/powercc/powertower/powertower180.html>

the quirkiest thing i ran across was finding the proper
address for a PCI video card, an ATI XCLAIM. these boxes
don't understand the 'screen' alias afaict, even for the
onboard video, but they *do* understand the 'kbd' alias.
but finding the video card address turned out to be very
straightforward: 'dev / ls' in OF returned the address:
'/bandit@F2000000/ATY,XCLAIM@D'. i don't remember whether
this card (or the second one i have in it, or neither)
were standard issue when i bought it, though.

i'll write up some more thorough instructions when i get
a chance and send you a URL.

but thanks again for all your work. it's amazing how easy
it is to install NetBSD. elegant stuff!

cheers,
ted
