Hi all,

NetBSD 1.4.2 on a 6500/250. It had two 32mb DIMMs in it when I
installed NetBSD; this evening, I replaced one of them with a 64mb
DIMM. The next time I booted (and each time since), the boot process
was interrupted with a message saying "root device unknown" and then
prompting me to enter one. I entered "wd0a", it prompted for a dump
device (defaulting to wd0b), and a filesystem type (defaulting to
generic), then booted happily the rest of the way into multiuser mode.

Any idea what may have caused this, and how I can make it stop?

Thanks,

-Bill
