Looks pretty sparse.

Is there a good "Open Firmware Forth for Dummies" book somewhere?  I have
the ieee 1275-1994 spec and I've read the Apple tech notes on using OF,
but neither seems to be a very good intro to, for example, making sense
of the contents of the nvramrc.
