Sorry I can't give you the answer at the moment to how
to boot a 6400. I don't have access to the machine or
the notes I have until latter tonight. However if you
look through the mailing lists archieve on NetBSD.org
you will find a post I sent to it on the 16/12/1999.
It was called OF2.0 and /etc/mk.conf and
ACCEPTABLE_LICENSES. In this post I gave the output of
printenv which will work if you use a serial console.
I can't get this to work with a KBD and SCREEN but
over the weekend I will be trying to sort this out and
if I get it to work I will e-mail this mailing list.
