I think so.  The bootp request is getting through ok, it's just tftp that it's
timing out on.  But I tested the tftpd from a third computer, and that worked
ok--it transferred /tftpboot/netbsd just fine, with no timeouts.
Also, in /var/log/messages I have a lot of "tftpd[743]: tftpd: trying to get file:
/netbsd" messages but no corresponding "serving file from /tftpboot" messages.
?!?!?!?
