Definitly true for OF 1.0.X. They always thought that only Apple folks
doing two-machine debugging would use OF. I thought on my Beige G3 the
default was the keyboard, so all I had to do was just hit Cmd-Opt-O-F. On
my Bleu G3, "screen" and "keyboard" are the defaults.
