No, the MkLinux CD isn't bootable.  I said that it was a combination HFS
and iso9660 filesystem.  We've talked about a bootable CD, but haven't had
the people to work on it.  The reason for the split is that the Mach
Kernel can't read iso9660 yet, so to leave mach_servers on it, there had
to be an HFS filesystem on it.  :-|
