Regarding your question in the answer in the FAQ:

NuBus-based PowerMacs include (at least):
Apple Models (Power Macintosh, Performa and Server) whose model number is
of form x1yz (digit, one, digit, digit). The most famous ones (the ones
sold world-wide) are 6100, 7100 and 8100.

Also Power Computing "Power" series computers appear to be NuBus based.
