Subject: USB Keyboard on B/W G3

Is it just me, or are the keyboards broken in -current? I recently picked
up the NetBSD-macppc activities again, and a kernel compiled as of today
seems to attach the keyboard, and reports "wskbd0 at ukbd0" and such.
However, there is no response from the keyboard as I type :-P
BTW, I seem to have problems in persuading my sysadmin to change our
bootptab to include an "rp" field for an NFS root. I'm thinking of getting
another disk and dedicate it to NetBSD (we don't support the Mac's
partition table, right?). What is the [recommended] install process for the
B/W G3's? CD?
Oh, and while I'm at it, what do the GENERIC_MD & INSTALL kernels do? I
understand that they are supposed to boot from a memory disk, but is that
all?
Regards,
hcb
