Hi folks...

I wrote the necessary code to make bus_space(9) on the new B&W G3 work.  It's
been tested on the machine sitting in Bill Studenmund's office.  PCI IDE
works great, as does the BusLogic BT-958 that's in one of the PCI slots.

It's probably worth trying to get this stuff into NetBSD 1.4.1 (it's too
late for 1.4, really).

It will be available on the trunk (NetBSD-current) as soon as 1.4 is booted
out the door.
