Was just wondering if there is any port currently being worked on for
PowerPC Macs that DO NOT have open firware, e.g. (The x100 series
specifically)

From the performance so far of NetBSD on my little Q610 I would really
like to be able to run it on the much more powerful PPC601/110 processor
that I have in my 8100 and see how it works there. I didn't _see_
anything about the x100 series anywhere on the site, other than a few
other people iquiring about it and a reply that someone said it shouldn't
be too difficult by adapting the nubus code from mac68k and creating a
dual kernel source tree (I think that was it) anyway...

So, I guess the question is has anyone started on this?
