Ok. That is what I get here too. :-)

I tried all this files:

alice# pwd
/tftpboot
alice# file *
boot.fs: data
kernel.ELF: ELF 32-bit MSB executable, PowerPC, version 1
netbsd: ELF 32-bit MSB executable, PowerPC, version 1
netbsd.generic: ELF 32-bit MSB executable, PowerPC, version 1
netbsd.ram: ELF 32-bit MSB executable, PowerPC, version 1
netbsd.woferry: ELF 32-bit MSB executable, PowerPC, version 1
ofwboot.elf: ELF 32-bit MSB executable, PowerPC, version 1

alice# ls -l
total 12282
-rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 1474560 Mar 21 01:56 boot.fs
-rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 1846349 Mar 21 15:43 kernel.ELF
-rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 1846349 Mar 21 02:11 netbsd
