My friends at Apple described the iMac as one one of the G3 laptops
stripped down and packaged, "get NetBSD working on the iMac, and you've got
the laptops, too." From that dmesg output, I can see they weren't kidding;
there's SCSI and ADB on that motherboard, though obviously not "exposed" as
a port.

I trust you're working with one of the original iMacs, Tsubai? The new ones
announced at MacWorld are speed-bumped from 233 to 266 MHz, the mezzanine
slot was removed, and they dropped in a newer, zippier ATI video chip.
Perhaps I should get one to do testing on, especially since it can be
netbooted.

Just FYI, the other thing that Apple showed at MacWorld was netbooted MacOS
X (formerly known as "Rhapsody"), which they said was done using IP
protocols: bootp, DHCP, etc. I bet they also used AppleShare IP for the
filesystem, though I couldn't get information on that point.
