Thanks.  I got the later image, but it also doesn't seem to work.  It
spends a couple minutes loading from the floppy, prints out 
'start=0x100000' and hangs.

Any other ideas?  Should it matter that I'm using 'kbd' for input 
and '/chaos/control' for output instead of the serial console?
