Hi,
during the ongoing hackathon I converted the docs from
Ports/mac68k/info/* to docbook/XML.

I made them into a "real" book like the guide. Even though this is
rather overkill for these docs, it was a nice finger exercise. In
addition, the docs  were already structured like a book, and I didn't
want to  break that.

However, the names of the single files have changed to some more
descriptive ones (instead of just info-{1..1}.{list,html}.

Is there anyone objecting against removing the old .list/.html files?
