It looks like it faulted trying to access 0x1ffa0000.

I was hoping for a bit more.  *sigh*

Does the address 0x1ffa0000 ring any bells for you?  I'm drawing
a blank, but it's been a LONG time since I looked at a mac68k memory
map.
