Well, I have just tried out. :)
On Q700, LC III, LC475 I have never tried
to use the serial ports because of the supported ADB.

Yes, now I recall I have seen this on a wish list on
macbsd.com.

I'd like to see /etc/ttys on this plaftorm modified to
include at least ttyZ0 as console!
