Hi:-) I'd like to use my old PB 540c to learn C++ programming under
UNIX, so I've installed NetBSD 2.1 softfloat version, which was
reported to be stable on this machine.

So I made my 4-line "hello world" program and ran 'g++ hello.C'. This
was 28 minutes ago, but apparently, g++ still hasn't finished ;-)

Would downgrade be a proper solution? Maybe the computer is just
too old, or I may be doing something wrong, no idea.
I would be very grateful if you good people could suggest something.

Kind regards,
Mike
