Is the Xmac68kcolor executable? If not try to make it (chmod a+x should be
enough) :-)

In my case this was the problems a few days ago when I installe 1.6.2 on a
Quadra 700 (2.0.2 was no go for me because the installer booted always
to a blank screen).
