Hi,

The install option for 2.0 at least didnt' actually newfs the drive.

I seem to remember that you could just go /bin/sh, newfs /dev/xxxxx, 
mount it, mkdir /mnt/etc, create fstab, and then umount it.  Then repeat
the install :-(
