Subject: Shocking, now installing NetBSD on Quadra 700

Using the directions of theobold.   It should take about 5 hours, the
notes said.

Now, the miracle that I made a proper startup on a floppy and then got
that to work with a zip and then brute forced the install after the
partitioning is breath taking.

Have had one hang and restarted so it is now going.  Installing is a
bit noisier than usual disk activity.


How much will I lose by not moving up to 1.6.2 since I'm running on a quadra?

Also, it seems that it is easier to update than it is to install all new 1.6.2
