Humm... I just installed the package available from the NetBSD.org ftp
site. Maybe whoever made the package had a different path compiled into
it.

Now that I have Apache running, I should probably unload it and go grab
the latest version from Apache.org (since I know a security fix was just
issued). Maybe when I build my own copy it will work right.

Yes and No. At this particular moment, I have installed v2, then
uninstalled it. Then installed v1 (since all the walkthrus I could find
talked about v1), then uninstalled it, and have now reinstalled v2.

However, back when I first installed v2 before any other versions had
been installed I had the same problem with the shutdown, so I don't
*think* it is an over-install that is the source of the problem.
