Kensington's TurboMouse is a 4-button device that operates as a 3-button
mouse under NetBSD/mac68k. New ones run about $100, but I've bought
perfectly good used ones on eBay for $25-$35. If you take that route, be
sure you get the v5 4-button device and not the older 2-button device. You
can also occasionally find a Thinking Mouse (a very nice
4-button-works-as-3-button device) on eBay.
