Hi,

I was wondering if someone on this list could give me some feedback
on the _speed_ of building packages from pkgsrc on NetBSD/mac68k. I am
currently using a Macintosh Quadra 650 with a 500MB SCSI2 hard drive and
48MB RAM and running NetBSD-1.5.1. When I built devel/pth, it took 1307
seconds to build, which seemed longer than I remember back from when I owned
a Mac LC III. It's unclear to me if my memory is just poor or if the machine
I'm using is just misconfigured. I've attached the dmesg for the Quadra.
I also have the following bits of info (not sure if it matters):

>> uptime
 7:11PM up 104 days, 19:17, 1 user, load averages: 1.09, 0.77, 0.42

>> vmstat -i
interrupt total rate
via2 91285612 10
ethernet 738133 0
scc 21371229 2
via1 564613258 62
clock 543256174 59
Total 1221264406 134

	Thanks,

	-- Johnny Lam <jlam@netbsd.org>
