Hi,

Nope, it looks like everything lives under /usr/X11R6.  You could do
something like:

rm -f `tar tzf xbase.tgz`

for all the sets, and then remove all the remaining empty
directories.  Still, a simple rm -rf of /usr/X11R6 should do it.
