Correct...you can do this in one of two ways...

1) Use a MacOS computer, and run the LocalTalk Bridge control panel from Apple.

2) Use a hardware LocalTalk/Ethernet bridge. These are made by 
Farallon and Asante, marketed as iPrint, AsanteTalk, (Micro) 
AsantePrint, EtherPrint.
