I just downloaded this snapshot and tried it on my Performa-550.  It 
boots but the ADB keyboard and mouse are dead.  No errors reported with 
them during boot, but they don't appear to work when the system completes 
booting and goes multi-user.

Has anyone else seen this problem lately?
