Unfortunately, they aren't ready yet for mac68k. The compiled ones are,
(rather predictably) for Alpha, i386, and Sparc. When they are ready,
you will find them at:
<ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/1.5.1/mac68k/>

Bear in mind that due to the wonderful thing that is NetBSD, 1.5
packages will work on a 1.5.1 system.

You can also compile yourself from pkgsrc, have a read over
<http://www.netbsd.org/Documentation/software/packages.html> if you
would like a little more info on this.

All the best.
