If the AAUI port is covered, then it's a low cost version of the Centris.
I guess that the 4 meg / 8 meg thing isn't definitive, but I'd bet that
the ethernet / no ethernet will tell you if you have an LC040 or regular
040.

These do in fact exist; I had one at my job many, many years ago.
