At the debugger prompt, you can type "ps" to see which process is
wedged, or at least which processes couldn't be KILL'ed by "init". The
current process will have a ">" by it. If the bad boy is a daemon with
it's own rc.d script (NetBSD>=1.5), you could try adding the
"SHUTDOWN" keyword to that script.
