There is no 128kbps speed. LocalTalk runs at 230kbps. Some serial
interfaces run at 115kbps, which is half of 230, but LocalTalk runs at
neither 115 nor 128.

LocalTalk is different than regular serial comms in that there is a clock
signal involved.
