I got 1.4.1 and 1.4.2 to work on my 145B.  Be aware that it thinks 
there is no screen, as it doesn't support the PowerBook onboard 
video.  Also. there's no drive spin-down under NetBSD and PowerBooks 
are poorly ventilated.  My internal drive died after about 6 months 
of running constantly under NetBSD.  Now the 145B is a paperweight 
until I can replace the drive.

Run as much RAM as you can.
