Thanks interesting... I didn't have that file.

However, just after posting I read something about starting:

    afpd
and
    papd

too. This has worked, and well!

Since it's working it's not too important, but if you could send me the
contents of that file - or suggest why I'm missing it, that would be
appreciated.
